You’ve heard the saying. Your thoughts become your words, your words become your actions – which become your habits and eventually your character.
The easy part to forget is that we can control our thoughts. We choose which thoughts to feed. The ones we nurture and grow and constantly return to. The ones we cling to until they define us.
We also chose which thoughts to abandon – the ones we neglect and ignore until they eventually fade to nothing.
